TRIAL AND CLINICAL DRUG SUPPLIES PROJECTS MANAGER

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, implementation, daily monitoring and timely reporting of ISS proprietary technology for clinical trial execution and drug supply management. This is a full-time position based in our Southampton, PA office.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage set-up, training and deployment of ISS proprietary technology for clinical trial execution and clinical drug supply management

  • Prepare and deliver presentations; maintain regular, ongoing communication with clients regarding their clinical trial and/or drug supply management

  • Develop supply strategy to maximize supply efficiency, minimize waste while identifying risk and develop risk mitigation plans with customers

  • Manage supply strategy/models vs. trial actual and proactively modify supply plans to ensure trial supplies are not interrupted

  • Prepare project budgets and timelines; schedule expenditures; analyze variances and initiate corrective actions

  • Provide recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards

  • Take an active role in client audits; UAT, determining system improvements based on client use and implementing related changes

Qualifications

  • Must have prior experience in the pharma industry, particularly of clinical trial process

  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical trial process from trial set-up through trial competition

  • Demonstrated knowledge of set-up and use of IWRS

  • Experience in developing/tracking budgets, project/performance management and process improvement

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with clients

  • Knowledge of GMP and/or GCP

Preferences

  • Minimum of BS in Scientific Discipline and/or extensive pharmaceutical experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of project management or coordination responsibilities in a multidisciplinary environment

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

  • Positive nature, integrity and personal values aligned with company’s values

  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Strong working knowledge of computer applications and systems

  • Demonstrated fluency in English, both oral and written
